I'm going on vacation, so while I'm gone I'd like all of you out there to help me out with something. On Friday I wrote to Squeaky in jail. (Yes, she's still alive and well in Fort Worth.) If she writes back and agrees to correspond with me, what questions do you think I should ask her? PEACE OUT! =)

You should ask her to what degree does she think her crimes were politically motivated or had political implications. Well, I'd like to know. Not that it would be useful for character-building. Hee hee.
OF COURSE it would be useful for character-building! Thanks for the suggestion.
How do you feel knowing there's a musical with you as a character in
it and people sing as you? Have you heard your song? If so - What do you think of it?
hollster- from my research it seems her motivations were half political (she was concerned Ford wasn't doing enough to protect the environment) and half personal (she wanted Charlie to testify at her trial and therefore spread his gospel to the world, so to speak).
anonymous- awesome questions. I don't think she's totally against it, or she wouldn't have corresponded with the actress who played her in the revival... I hope I get to be as lucky!!! =)

honestly I don't think Squeaky ever cared about becoming famous, just about Charlie being famous so he could "preach to the masses" as it were.

Ask her the big stuff, dude - Ask her if she has any regrets. Ask her if time has taught her anything. Ask her if she'd do it again.
But seriously - ask her what's in the meatloaf.

I will ask her some questions unrelated to Manson, but keep in mind I still need to ask her questions that will help with my research...
Ask her -
1. Do you dream in color or black and white?
2. Tiger or Lion? QUICK, don't think, just answer!
3. Ask her where she'd be right now if she could be any place in the world.
4. Ask her what her favorite song is.
Do these questions have some sort of psychological signifigance?

ask her what did Manson fill in her life...that made her so whole heartly follow him. Had she ever had any violent tendenices before she meet him. And if she still believes that everything she did is still worth it? would she do it all over again knowing what she knows now?...summer
Well the first part I answered in my most recent post, and yes, she did have violent tendencies before she met him: she used to self-mutilate. But I will ask her the rest if she ever writes back! 4 letters written, none received... =(
