And speaking of Hilton...

The Hiltons or some other wealthy hotel owners should step up and give free temporary housing to the victims of this fire who survived. They should've done so with the hurricane victims too. Lord knows they've got money to burn (pun intended), I mean just look at all the crap Paris has. Her family's money should do some good for a change.

"The dramatic scene unfolded during New York's City's deadliest blaze in 17 years - a fire that claimed nine victims early Thursday, eight children and one adult. . .In 37 years, said fire Chief of Department Salvatore Cassano, "I can't recollect a fire where we lost eight children.'' The fire, which raged for two hours, ignited near a mattress in a ground-level bedroom, caused from an overloaded space heater, Cassano said. Authorities said 22 people, including 17 children, lived inside the one-family house that was converted into two apartments on four floors. Many were stranded on the upper floors after the basement fire raced quickly up the stairs shortly after it began around 11 p.m. Wednesday.

The dead were found throughout the house, mostly on the upper floors, with babies still in their cribs, said one fire official."
